Access to MiPlace
All PSC students gain access to the units or subjects for which they are enrolled in a Semester 5 Business Days prior to commencement.
Late enrolments (within 5 Business Days) are given access as soon as practicable before the commencement of the unit or subject in which they are enrolled.
Access is retained to those units or subjects until the end of the semester of study in which they have enrolled.
Bachelor
Users end date is the duration of the enrolment dates. Example First Year = Tier 1 & Tier 2
During your final year of study (Tier 6) PSC will communicate in December / January confirming when your account will be deactivated.
Advanced Diploma
• Two weeks for unit teacher to grade student work.
• Two weeks for a student to respond to their grade and comment if required.
• Two further weeks for final assessment results to be entered by the unit or subject teacher.
• Two week float if required.
Master of Arts
• Access to be removed 6 weeks after your final exhibition exam.
All semester unit/s will close once the students next semester commences at PSC latest date of closure.
Subjects / units in miPlace are open to students 5 days prior to the commencement of the subject / unit and then closed 6-8 weeks after the final unit of competency is complete. During this period students have access to learning resources and materials and can download as needed. Once the subject unit is closed off you will no longer have access or be able to download any of the learning resources. MiPlace access is determined by your enrolment type, non active students *deferred, leave of absence etc will not have access to MiPlace resources during this time.
